Welcome to onestopinvoice.com (“onestopinvoice”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

  1. Eligibility
    • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use our services.
  2. Accounts
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
    • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
    • You must provide accurate and complete information.
  3. Use of Services
    • You agree not to:
      • Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
      • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
      • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our software without permission.
  4. Mobile apps
    • One Stop Invoice is a business invoicing service. The iOS and Android apps are companion clients for the invoicing account you already use.
    • The mobile apps do not include a store or unlockable paid features.
  5. Your Data & Privacy
    • Your invoices, client records, and business data belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
    • You may export your data at any time while your account is active.
  6. Intellectual Property
    • All software, trademarks, and content belong to onestopinvoice. You may not use our branding without permission.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    • We provide the service “as is” and disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits.
  8. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify and hold onestopinvoice harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law (including tax and GST obligations related to documents you issue).
  9. Termination
    • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or misuse of the service.
    • You may stop using the service or close your account at any time. We recommend exporting your data before closing your account. Account deletion is available in the mobile apps under More → Delete account, and on the web.
  10. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
  11. Changes to these Terms
    • We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
