    • Payment Data: Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.
    • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, usage logs.
  2. How We Use Your Data
    • To provide and improve our invoicing services.
    • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
    • To communicate with you (support, updates, promotions).
    • To comply with legal obligations.
  3. Data Storage & Security
    • Data is hosted securely with Hostinger servers.
    • All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
    • Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  4. Sharing of Information
    • We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
      • Hosting and infrastructure providers (Hostinger).
      • Payment processing partners (Razorpay), to process your subscription payments.
      • Analytics providers (Google Analytics), to understand site usage in aggregate.
      • Law enforcement, if legally required.
  5. Your Rights
    • Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:

  7. Retention
    • We keep your data as long as you have an active account, or as required by law. Invoice and transaction records may be retained after account closure where Indian tax and GST laws require us to preserve them.
  8. Grievance Redressal
    • In line with the DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable Indian IT rules, you can raise any privacy grievance by emailing support@onestopinvoice.com. We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances within the timelines prescribed by law.
  9. Changes to this Policy
    • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the app, and the effective date above will be updated.
