At onestopinvoice.com, we respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our website and the One Stop Invoice mobile apps.

1. Information We Collect
   • Account Data: Name, email, company info, business contact details, GSTIN, PAN, and business profile fields you provide.
   • Invoice Data: Client names, emails, phones, addresses, and transaction details.
   • Invoice payout display data: Bank name, account number, IFSC, and UPI ID that you choose to show on invoices so your customers can pay those invoices. These are your business payout details for accounts receivable.
   • Mobile / device data: Push notification tokens (FCM), platform (iOS/Android), and authentication tokens stored securely on your device when you sign in to the mobile app.
   • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, usage logs.
2. How We Use Your Data
   • To provide and improve our invoicing services.
   • To operate your business account and related support.
   • To send optional account-activity and login-alert push notifications.
   • To communicate with you (support and product updates).
   • To comply with legal obligations.
3. Mobile apps
   • The iOS and Android apps are companion clients for your business invoicing account. They let you create and manage invoices, clients, and related records on the go.
4. Data Storage & Security
   • Data is hosted securely with Hostinger servers.
   • All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
   • Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
5. Sharing of Information
   • We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
   • Hosting and infrastructure providers (Hostinger).
   • Push notification providers (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Google) when you enable notifications in the mobile app.
   • Analytics providers (Google Analytics) on our website, to understand site usage in aggregate. The mobile app does not use Google Analytics product SDKs.
   • Law enforcement, if legally required.
6. Your Rights
   • Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you have the right to:
   • Access, update, or delete your data.
   • Withdraw consent at any time (including push notifications).
   • Request a copy of your data.
   • Raise a grievance and have it addressed (see Grievance Redressal below).
   • To delete your account, use the mobile app More → Delete Account , the web app at https://app.onestopinvoice.com/settings/account (Settings → Account), or email support@onestopinvoice.com . Step-by-step instructions are also at https://www.onestopinvoice.com/app/policies/delete-account .
7. Cookies
   • We use cookies for authentication (including “remember me” sign-in), analytics via Google Analytics on the website, and improving user experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Retention
   • We keep your data as long as you have an active account, or as required by law.
   • When you delete your account, we remove login access and personal/business profile data. Invoice and transaction records may be retained for the legally mandated period under Indian GST and tax law, flagged as retained for legal reasons, then purged when no longer required.
9. Grievance Redressal
   • In line with the DPDP Act, 2023 and applicable Indian IT rules, you can raise any privacy grievance by emailing support@onestopinvoice.com. We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances within the timelines prescribed by law.
10. Changes to this Policy
    • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice within the app, and the effective date above will be updated.
