Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your One Stop Invoice account, operated by Quantum Byte Studios (Mumbai, India). Google Play reviewers and customers can open this URL without signing in: https://www.onestopinvoice.com/app/policies/delete-account.

  1. How to delete your account
    • Mobile app (Android / iOS): Open the app while signed in → More → Delete Account (or Settings → Account → Delete Account). Review what is deleted and retained, enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, then submit.
    • Web app: Sign in at https://www.onestopinvoice.com/login, then open Settings → Account at https://app.onestopinvoice.com/settings/account. Review what is deleted and retained, enter your password, type DELETE to confirm, then submit. Only the account owner can delete the business account.
  2. Email fallback
    • If you cannot use the in-app or web flow, email support@onestopinvoice.com from your registered business email with subject Account deletion request and include your business name and username.
    • We monitor this inbox and process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
  3. What data is deleted
    • Login credentials and user accounts (owner and sub-users).
    • Business profile details used for day-to-day access (name, contact email, phone, address, GSTIN/PAN/Udyam on the account profile, logos, signatures).
    • Client personal data (names, emails, phones, addresses, GSTINs are anonymized).
    • Payment details shown on invoices (UPI / bank fields), API keys, push tokens, send-out history, and other non-required operational data.
  4. What data is retained
    • Invoice, quotation, credit note, debit note, proforma, expense, and related GST/tax transaction records are retained for the legally mandated period under Indian GST and tax law, even after account deletion. These records are flagged as retained for legal reasons and are not used to provide the product after deletion.
    • A compliance log of the deletion request (who requested, when, source) is kept for our records.
  5. After deletion
    • You receive a confirmation email at your registered business email when deletion is processed.
    • You and your team can no longer sign in to the web or mobile app.
